Swimming

After a phase of more than 30 years of inactivity (1980 - 2012) I joined the Pulheimer SC and started competitive swimming (pool and open water, age group 55 - 59 years) again.

The longest event so far: July 2013, 50 hours swimming, Frechen: 100,1 km (all age groups), 1st place
